The Solution
Initially we provided a non-geographic marketing number for their website to manage calls & take advantage of the feature rich call management platform, so they did not require the need for a phone system at that time. As the company has expanded & their telecoms needs have increased, we have been involved in helping the company grow. We have provided help & advice & were instrumental in the development of the new call centre & distribution centre. We installed fibre & an IP phone system utilising SIP ensuring running costs were kept to a minimum.
